We have been training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for over a decade.

We are an affiliate of Gracie Cincinnati, where we started our training. We operate under their guidance and share their training philosophy.

In 2023, through friends at Evo Fitness, we recognized the opportunity to bring BJJ instruction to Maineville. We wanted to serve folks who may live closer, offering them the ability to learn and practice BJJ in the local community while still being connected to a larger network of practitioners and instructors.

At all times we strive to keep three goals at the forefront of all that we do:
